Buyer: A "Buyer" is any individual or entity that purchases products or services from suppliers through the platform.

App: The "App" or "Platform" refers to the application that provides an online medium for suppliers and buyers to interact and buy/sell products.

Account: An "Account" is the registration created by a user to access the services provided by the app.

Transaction: A "Transaction" is a purchase or sale completed between the buyer and supplier through the platform.

Products: "Products" refer to the goods or services offered for sale by suppliers on the platform.

Payment: "Payment" refers to the process of completing a purchase between the buyer and supplier through available payment methods such as credit cards or digital wallets.

Shipping: "Shipping" refers to the process of delivering purchased products from the supplier.

Cancellation: "Cancellation" refers to the act of canceling a purchase or sale by either the buyer or the supplier.

Personal Data: "Personal Data" refers to any information that can be used to identify individuals.

Content: "Content" includes everything published on the platform such as text, images, videos, or any other data uploaded by users.

Technical Support: "Technical Support" refers to services provided by the platform to help users resolve any technical issues.

Privacy Policy: Refers to how users' personal data is collected, used, and protected when using the app.

Platform: The "Platform" refers to the e-commerce system that connects suppliers and buyers to facilitate wholesale sales.

Usage Policy: The "Usage Policy" refers to the rules and regulations users must follow when using the app.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By downloading or using this application, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and you also accept our privacy policy regarding the collection and use of your personal data on SOUQ N01.

If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use the app (SOUQ N01).

By clicking "Accept" or "Agree" or by using the app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and our privacy policy.

If our Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy are updated, we will require your renewed acceptance of the new terms.

1.3 Membership and Accounts
1. Account Creation Requirements
Users must be over 18 years old.

Email address (required for communication and activation)

Phone number (for account verification)

Address (including shipping address or company location)

Payment details (for buyers paying via the platform)

Commercial registration number and license (for suppliers)

By registering, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and comply with applicable local laws.

2. User Privileges Upon Account Creation
For Suppliers:

Ability to list products for sale

Set prices, communicate with buyers, and receive orders

Access transaction and sales data

Modify or update listed products

For Buyers:

Browse products listed by suppliers

Make purchases via the platform

Track orders and shipping information

Access various available payment options

3. User Obligations
General Obligations:

Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and update it as needed

Maintain account security (e.g., keep passwords confidential)

Report unauthorized activity

Comply with local e-commerce laws and regulations

Supplier Obligations:

Offer legal and safe products

Adhere to agreed payment and shipping terms

Deliver products on time as agreed with buyers

Avoid listing counterfeit or unlicensed products

Maintain updated and quality product listings

Buyer Obligations:

Comply with agreed payment terms

Follow the return and shipping terms set by the supplier

Keep their payment information secure and not misuse it

4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, attempt fraud, or engage in illegal activities. Users may close their accounts anytime by contacting customer support or through account settings.

1.4 Buying and Selling
We at SOUQ N01 act as an intermediary between suppliers and buyers by providing an online platform for wholesale product listings and sales. We do not directly sell products and are not responsible for product quality or delivery.

Purchase Process:

1. Buyer browses available products and selects items to purchase.

2. Selected products are added to the shopping cart. The buyer can review and confirm quantities and options.

3. After confirming the order details, the buyer chooses a preferred payment method.

4. Supplier receives the purchase order and confirms product availability.

5. Buyer completes payment through available methods.

6. Upon successful payment, the supplier prepares and ships the order as per the agreed timeframe.

7. In case of any issue or delay, the supplier must notify the buyer immediately.

Credit/Debit Cards (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

Digital Wallets (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay)

Local Bank Cards (e.g., NAPS ATM)

Prepaid Cards

Cash on Delivery (available in some cases, based on supplier policy)

Supplier Delivery Times: Supplier is responsible for preparing and delivering products to the buyer and must provide delivery timeframe details upon order confirmation. Suppliers commit to delivering products within 48 hours of order confirmation unless agreed otherwise.

Returns, Exchanges, and Warranties: If the product is defective or not as described, the buyer may return it within 7 days of receipt. Buyers must notify the supplier of any product issues within 48 hours of delivery. The platform is not liable for defective or misrepresented products but will assist in communication and coordination between the buyer and supplier.
